MSG

Alvarado’s self-closing MSG pedestrian security gate is a full height pedestrian security gate often installed in conjunction with our full height turnstiles. There are six MSG gate models, including versions with electric lock control and panic hardware. All models have a wide 48" opening and ship fully assembled for easy installation.

SW1000

The motorized SW1000 pedestrian gate is a slim, attractive gate that provides single direction or bi-directional access control. The gate is an ideal product to provide disabled or delivery access in conjunction with our waist high or optical turnstiles. The SW1000 pedestrian gate easily integrates with access control systems and can be activated by entry control devices such as a push button installed at a guard or entry desk.

VSG

Alvarado’s VSG is a self-closing, pedestrian gate that is an ideal companion to our waist high and optical turnstiles. The VSG pedestrian gate is a single direction gate available in manual and electric lock control models. The VSG pedestrian gate easily integrates with access control systems and can be activated by entry control devices such as a push button installed at a guard or entry desk.

SSG

Alvarado’s Model SSG is a durable, self-closing pedestrian gate that is used in retail stores, schools, libraries, amusement parks and other public venues. Its satin stainless steel finish complements a wide array of environments. The SSG is solidly constructed and includes a welded gate arm and an enclosed closure mechanism that produces a smooth, self-closing operation. This pedestrian gate has a 36" passage opening and offers directional control. It can be easily configured in the field to open in one direction (either entry or exit), or open bi-directionally. The SSG is fabricated from stainless steel and has a satin finish. The gate can be installed stand-alone, or used in conjunction with our turnstiles and modular post and railing.

Barrier Sections and Railing

Alvarado offers barrier sections that are used to fill in open areas in installations using our turnstiles and gates. For interior applications, our modular satin stainless steel post and rail can be ordered to size, or cut on site. Modular post and rail is highly versatile and blends well with our equipment and the surrounding area. Alvarado can also fabricate custom barrier sections with clear infill. Either round or square tubing can be provided.

For exterior applications, full height barrier sections (used in conjunction with full height turnstile and MSG gate installations) are available in a single standard size. Full height barrier sections are available with a hot dipped galvanized or powder coat over hot dipped galvanized finish. Stainless steel barriers are available by custom order.
