HI-SCAN 5030c X-ray Inspection Systems

The HI-SCAN 5030c is the most space-saving X-ray inspection system available and the compact design is ideal for both mobile and stationary desktop applications. Planned in modular design as a tabletop system, the HI-SCAN 5030c is a flexible configuration to allow for a variety of deployments. The HI-SCAN 5030c permits configurations with operator training, TIP- and image management functionalities.

HI-SCAN 6040c X-ray Inspection Systems

The HI-SCAN 6040c is an ideal system for security checks in entrance areas. The system is film safe and able to penetrate up to 37 mm of steel. Using HI-MATPlus, the scanned objects can be visualized as classified material groups allowing the operator to easily and precisely identify contents. The excellent technical feature set facilitates maximum inspection quality at minimum inspection time.

HI-SCAN 6030di X-ray Inspection Systems

The HI-SCAN 6030di is a compact, lightweight X-ray inspection system that is ideal for mail rooms where smaller, moveable equipment is desired. Using HiTraX system technology with HI-MATPlus material classification, the HI-SCAN 6030di provides the operator with software enhanced image manipulations to facilitate accelerated security checks. Typical penetration for the HI-SCAN 6030di is 30 mm of steel and the wire resolution is up to AWG 39. Monitor protection housing and lockable keyboard mount are available as options.

HI-SCAN 6040i X-ray Inspection System

The HI-SCAN 6040i offers operating personnel optimum support to make decisions and reduce inspection times considerably. This compact X-ray inspection system provides high image resolution and 24 Bit real time image processing. The man-machine interface is ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue. Typical penetration for the HI-SCAN 6040i is 31 mm of steel and the wire resolution is up to AWG 40. With a larger tunnel size than the HI-SCAN 6030di, the HI-SCAN 6040i is well suited for larger packages.

HI-SCAN 6046si X-Ray Inspection System

The HI-SCAN 6046si X-ray inspection system’s drastically enhanced image resolution of scanned objects represents a decisive advantage for image evaluations in security areas. With up to 37 mm of steel penetration and wire resolution up to AWG 41, the HI-SCAN 6046si produces extremely detailed X-ray images. The high resolution image display has double the resolution of previous X-ray inspection systems. The HI-SCAN 6046si increases security through advanced technology.

HI-SCAN 7555i X-ray Inspection System

The HI-SCAN 7555i is a newly designed, compact X-ray inspection system with a larger tunnel opening than the HI-SCAN 6040i. The larger tunnel is suitable for bigger packages and boxes. With high image resolution and 24 Bit real time image proc sing, the HI-SCAN 7555i offers the same technology as the HI-SCAN 6040i that reduces inspection times considerably. The man-machine interface is ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue. Typical penetration for the HI-SCAN 7555i is 30 mm of steel and the wire resolution is up to AWG 39.

HI-SCAN 7555si X-ray Inspection System

The HI-SCAN 7555si has the same tunnel size and options as the HI-SCAN 7555i.The difference is the enhanced image resolution, increased steel penetration up to 35mm of steel, and increased wire resolution, 41 AWG. The improved technology produces extremely detailed X-ray images that have double the image resolution of previous X-ray inspection systems. The HI-SCAN 7555si is the choice for high security applications.

HI-SCAN 9075 X-ray Inspection System

The HI-SCAN 9075 is the ideal imaging system for scanning bulky, oversized objects. Heavy packages, up to 331 pounds, can be easily placed on the conveyor system, since the conveyor belt is only 13.7 inches above the ground. The HI-SCAN 9075 is also available as a mobile unit to facilitate changing screening locations. Typical penetration is up to 30 mm of steel and the wire resolution is up to AWG 39.
